problems with unintended expressions. Serum containing minimal levels of tetracycline is needed to ensure accurate gene expression.

TET Free FBS is used in cell culture applications using tet-inducible gene expression systems, and other applications in which the presence of tetracycline
would prove disruptive. It is specifically designed for use in tetracycline / tetracycline derivatives-regulated gene expression systems in cultured cells.
