Our Human Serum Mixed Off the Clot (OTC) is collected from the whole blood donation from healthy, mixed gender and blood types. The whole blood is allowed to spontaneously clot before the serum component is separated. Pooled Human Serum is an ideal negative diluent for assay development and manufacture. The pool represents hundreds of donors and provides a normalized population for matrix studies for optimal diluent selection.
