Phoenix Scientific Referral Program Terms & Conditions
- Definitions
The Referral Program (“Referral Program”) offered by Phoenix Scientific (“Phoenix”) has been created to reward you, our loyal customers, (“Customer”, “Customers”, “Referrer”) for doing what you would already do – recommending us to friends and coworkers to become Phoenix customers (“Participants” or “Referred”).
- How the Program Works
A qualified Referral occurs when a Customer (Referrer) of Phoenix shares the referral code (“Code”) with a non-Phoenix customer (Referred).
The Customer shares the Code with the Referred who then purchases product from Phoenix and references the Code.
The Referrer will then receive a $50 gift card of their choice.
The Referred will receive free shipping and dry ice on their order.
No limit on amount of gift cards Referrer can receive.
- Terms and Conditions.
The following Referral Program terms and conditions contain important information about our program so please read carefully.
To be eligible for participation in the Referral Program, the Referrer must have purchased from Phoenix in the past and the Referred has never purchased from Phoenix. Both the Referrer and the Referred must be at least 18 years of age.
4. Binding Effects.
The terms and conditions for the Referral Program are a binding agreement between the Customer and Phoenix and will govern the Customer’s participation in this Referral Program. By participating in the Referral Program, the Customer also agrees to the Site Terms and Conditions and the Site Privacy Policy. The Customer is not authorized to participate in the Referral Program if the Customer does not agree to the Referral Program terms and conditions in their entirety.
5. Termination.
Phoenix may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Referral Program at any time, without notice. Phoenix reserves the right to modify the Referral Program terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice to you. Phoenix also reserves the right to disqualify any Customers or prospective Customers at any time from participation in the Referral Program.
6. Release.
By participating in the Referral Program, Customers release Phoenix, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising, and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Referral Program and/or the use of any Referral Program rewards.
7. Indemnification.
Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Phoenix and its representatives and agents harmless from any and all third-party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by the Phoenix of any of these Referral Program terms and conditions or any violation by Customers of applicable law.
