Trypsin, an enzyme derived from porcine pancreas, is widely used for the dissociation of mammalian cells and tissues. The concentration required to detach cells from their substrate varies depending on cell sensitivity. Phoenix Scientific offers a diverse range of trypsin formulations to suit various applications. This particular product contains 0.25% of trypsin, EDTA (0.02%) and phenol red as a pH indicator.
