Initially developed to support liver tumor cells, this medium is suitable for culturing primary cells from a variety of tissues, including bone marrow, skin, kidney, lung, and rat embryos. It also serves as an excellent growth medium for a wide range of normal and transformed human and rat cell lines. The formulation includes L-glutamine.

Uses:
Addition of 10% of Fetal Bovine Serum in the medium is recommended.

Signs of Deterioration:
The medium should be clear and free of particulate and flocculent material.  Do not use if the medium is cloudy or contains precipitate.  Other evidence of deterioration may include degradation of physical or performance characteristics.

The product is intended to be used in vitro for research or further manufacturing only and not for use as an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient or food or animal feed.
