Minimum Essential Medium (MEM) is one of the most widely used media for cell culture and has proven effective in supporting the growth and viability of a broad range of normal and transformed cell types.

Application:
Adding supplements of vitamins to media stimulates growth and prolongs the viability of cells in culture.

Uses:
Add this MEM Vitamins 100X w/o L-Glutamine to your basal medium (the final concentration of the MEM must be 1X) and use this medium as a classical MEM.

Signs of Deterioration:
Medium should be clear and free of particulate and flocculent material. Do not use if medium is cloudy or contains precipitate. Other evidence of deterioration may include colour change or degradation of physical or performance characteristics.

The product is intended to be used in vitro for research or further manufacturing only and not for use as an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient or food or animal feed.
